ABOUT MIKA
Mika is a strategic marketing leader and business builder with 25+ years developing and scaling integrated marketing operations across Fortune 500 brands, studios, and media organizations. She specializes in diagnosing organizational gaps, establishing clear value propositions, building cross-functional strategies, and leading high-performing teams to drive measurable business results.
Most recently, she founded and led Cereal Milk Creative, LLC, consulting with major organizations including America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), where she overhauled fragmented marketing operations and built integrated multi-channel strategies that drove 40%+ audience engagement growth for flagship conferences and events. Her consulting experience—combined with her SVP-level background—has reinforced her strategic approach: assess organizational needs, build the plan, and execute at scale with strong team leadership.
At Universal McCann, she built and led 8-10 person creative teams producing award-winning branded content for Fortune 500 brands including Coca-Cola, USPS, J&J, BMW, and Hershey’s. She co-founded Mahogany, a BIPOC influencer agency that generated $1MM in partnerships in the first year. As SVP of Content & Production at Joy Collective, she led strategy and execution for award-winning campaigns across Dove, ESPN, and SheaMoisture, delivering 29.4MM linear impressions (+164% YoY) and earning Cynopsis Best Social Good Campaign and Platinum Marcom awards.
She is now seeking a full-time VP or Director-level role in Content Marketing, Studio, or Media leadership where she can build and scale marketing operations for an organization aligned with her strategic vision.
Mika is also founder and Executive Director of Pretty Smart Cookies, a 501(c)(3) empowering teen girls across multiple states.
